Premier Student Program
Vesta's Premier Student Program (PSP) is a unique opportunity for students that have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills combined with strong academic performance.
The program is designed to continue Vesta's tradition of recruiting people with superior character, talent, and the capacity for significant growth. By participating in the Premier Student Program, you will gain valuable insight into Vesta's culture and a career in public accounting.
Not interested in accounting? That's okay, we offer a variety of internship opportunities throughout our firm.
Once selected into the program, you will be paired with a Vesta mentor who will serve as a vital source of information and who will help students assimilate to our firm culture. Students will have an opportunity to learn more about available careers at Vesta and meet professionals from our organization.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing an Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Seeking part-time or full-time internship (hours are flexible)
- or seeking full-time employment upon graduation in December 2026 or May 2027.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Displays strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoys problem solving.
- Demonstrates leadership in their communities and on campus.
- Enjoys working independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Inspires their team members
- Thinks innovatively.
