Manufacturing Administrative Intern

Durr CTS (Clean Technology Systems) develops advanced environmental technologies to make industrial production cleaner, safer, and more efficient.  Across all our product lines, Durr CTS offers responsive, local, and skilled service teams, delivering customer-focused support in maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, and plant modifications.   

 

Our Portfolio Includes:

·        Air Pollution Control: thermal oxidation, sorptive processes, particulate matter separation

·        Noise Abatement: Silencer products, filtration, gas turbine inlet and exhaust systems by Durr Universal

·        Decentral Power Generation: Organic Rankine Cycle systems with Cyplan® ORC  

 

Location: De Pere, WI

Position Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Administrative Intern to join our team for the summer. The position requires an organized individual with a "team player" attitude who can handle daily changing tasks for the Operations department and Shop employees.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:     

  • Maintain organization of the Production Office
  • Schedule meetings and organize calendars
  • Coordinate department travel requests
  • Maintain up-to-date employee vacation records
  • Maintain logs, tracking, and distribution of CCR's
  • Maintain assigned department conference rooms and equipment
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to team
  • Assist with the filing of project and confidential information
  • Assist with presentations, charts, and meeting minutes
  • Organize customer lunches and special events
  • Fill in for switchboard coverage as needed
  • Assist with ordering of office supplies
     

Qualifications:                   

  • Currently enrolled in a program in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data and documentation
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
     

Additional Requirements:

  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and be able to pass a drug test at any time during employment.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook
