Golf Course & Event Intern

We offer a Fall internship opportunity to learn the day-to-day operations of our business.  This opportunity can be catered to your specific needs and preferences as the intern.  Our very diverse business involves managing several departments and staff members.  It creates a fun atmosphere working both inside & out on our 27 hole golf course. Below you will find a list of all the potential options for your internship needs. This internship opportunity will help gain many skills to use in diverse work environments in your future such as communication, organization, management, team work, etc. 

Proshop: Sales, merchandise inventory, running a tee-sheet, event management for golf outings, managing proshop staff and cart staff.

Food and Beverage: Customer service, managing staff in the bar, beverage carts & kitchen, training staff, ordering, banquet & event coordinating, planning, budgets. 

Admin: Marketing and social media, employee scheduling, invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll. 

If interested:

• Grounds maintenance: Could learn about the outside business as well if interested. 
• Office Admin: Could learn about adminitstrative tasks such as billing.
