We are looking for a Total Rewards & Wellness Intern for our Summer 2027 internship program! This role will provide hands-on experience supporting employee wellbeing, benefits, and Total Rewards initiatives. The intern will partner with team on projects related to wellness program administration, team member communications, vendor management, data analysis, and engagement. 

The internship will be located at U.S. Venture's corporate office in Appleton, WI.
