Create Content

  • Capture authentic photos and video content while traveling and attending events.

Build Relationships

  • Develop relationships with retailers, event organizers, creators and potential partners.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify emerging trends.
  • Bring customer questions, insights and product opportunities back to Marketing and Product Management.

This Internship Is Different

You'll develop skills that are difficult to learn sitting in a classroom:

  • Professional sales
  • Event marketing
  • Public speaking
  • Product demonstrations
  • Customer engagement
  • Brand representation
  • Social media content creation
  • Retail relationship development
  • Market research
  • Business development
  • Independent travel and project management

You'll learn how to walk into a room full of people you've never met and create a connection.

That's a skill you'll use for the rest of your career.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you're:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, Agriculture or a related field.
  • Outgoing, personable and comfortable talking with people you don't know.
  • A strong communicator and presenter.
  • Comfortable demonstrating products and speaking in front of groups.
  • Comfortable traveling extensively and working independently.
  • Sales-oriented but passionate about educating rather than simply selling.
  • Comfortable creating photo and video content with a smartphone.
  • Social-media savvy and able to recognize a great content opportunity in the moment.
  • Organized and capable of managing event logistics, expenses and follow-up.
  • Interested in canning, gardening, homesteading, agriculture, cooking or food preservation.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of your internship, you'll have:

  • Represented an American-made brand at meaningful events across multiple markets.
  • Generated measurable event sales and/or retail leads.
  • Built relationships with retailers, event organizers, creators and potential partners.
  • Created a substantial library of authentic, on-location content.
  • Increased consumer awareness and engagement.
  • Provided actionable customer and market insights to Marketing and Product Management.
  • Demonstrated the ability to independently represent a brand while traveling.
  • Helped create a repeatable event-marketing playbook for future years.

If You're Looking for an Adventure...

This isn't a traditional office internship.

It's people, travel, sales, marketing, content, events and entrepreneurship, all rolled into one.

If you're the person who would rather meet customers than sit in a cubicle, build relationships than send emails, and create experiences than watch from the sidelines, this could be the internship for you.

Bring your curiosity. Bring your personality. We'll give you a brand to represent.
