STEP - Music Events & Marketing Assistant

Student will work with staff to provide logistical help for marketing events on Facebook and Instagram and keeping these channels up to date, to include creating Facebook events, posting interesting articles pertaining to the music field, and generating interest about our auditions and events. Coordinate student volunteers for audition days or preview days if needed (Nov. 16, Feb. 15, Feb. 24, April 7, 2023).

-Must be able to work independently
-Excellent organizational skills
-Project a positive image of the University & Department of Music
-Extensive knowledge of the Department of Music, its curriculum, and of the University
-Knowledge of social media marketing and publicity
-Effective communicator, both written and oral
