STEP Front Office Assistant

This person reports to the Chair of the Department and gains practical experience in administrative and educational priorities of a Theatre Department through the development of theatre administration skills that can be transferred to post undergraduate arts administration jobs. Responsibilities include teaming with the Chair and the part time Department Assistant in the day to day running, staffing and organization of the front/main office - the first contact point for potential students, current students, departmental faculty/staff and patrons of the production season of plays and musicals, both in person and via social media.
