Tutor of Introductory Physics

Position involves tutoring students in Physics 171 and 191.

Must have completed Physics 191 and Calculus II with a minimum grade of B. Should be able to effectively instruct others using a variety of instructional styles to help students understand the course concepts of both physics and math for Physics 171 (Algebra based) and Physics 191 (calculus based).

Must be available 2+ hours per week to tutor and is responsible for entering hours worked into the HR timesheet system.

Students eligible for work-study are preferred, and may be eligible for additional hours.
