Seeking two energetic students to conduct phone surveys for the Center for Customized Research and Services. Sharpen your communication skills and collect important data to help local and regional organizations be successful.  

The responsibilities include:  

· Call and ask questions of respondents for research project

· Questions must be read exactly since survey questions are standardized  

· Clients and information gathered are confidential so must maintain confidentiality   

· Provide excellent customer service and communication   

· Other duties may be assigned as needs arise  

Qualifications: 

· Must be able to use a computer mouse and keyboard  

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented   

· Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail  

· Knowledge of customer service  

· Good communication skills – both talking and listening 

Calls are made in 2-3 hour timeslots, must be able to work 10-12 hours weekly. Hours are between 9 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday for approximately 6-8 weeks. Prefer students to start in August. Office laptop and phone provided for the duration of the project.
